Merchant Gourmet contacted us with a large packaging raw material overstock problem. They could have recycled this packaging through their conventional routes. However, they wanted to explore more environmentally sound routes that reuse the raw materials first. We were able to do this finding multiple companies that had reuses for this packaging and also secured a large return!

Compleat Foods contacted us about 36 pallets of food safe canned raw material surplus inventory past its BBE. They were keen to not waste this product so we organised transport to our partner Surplus to Purpose. This product was then distributed to other non profit and charity organisations across the UK. These actions contributed to feeding thousands and saved Compleat Foods over £1000 in disposal costs.

We have a large network of buyers across the wholesale and catering industry that will purchase finished goods with short shelf life, past BBE or other non food safety defects. Due to this network, when ‘We Can Foods’ contacted us with 25000 cans of surplus inventory we knew we could secure the best price. We sourced the best deal, sold the overstock and organised collection.
